A volunteer mentor will offer you help and support when you need it the most, will understand what you are going through and will be with you every step of the way, whether you want to be a volunteer, to go on a course or to find a job.

Who are we?
- Cyswllt Contact, a leading substance misuse charity, with centres in Aberystwyth, Cardigan and Haverfordwest, delivers the peer mentoring scheme in Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, Powys and Carmarthenshire.
- In partnership with Turning Point and Helping Groups to Grow, this project will support people from across the four counties to make positive life changes, to complete treatment programmes and to access local provision of volunteering, training and employment.
- The Peer Mentoring Scheme is a national initiative sponsored by the Welsh Assembly Government and funded by the Welsh European Funding Office.
